How tokenization works

A digital security backed by legally documented investor rights.

KlondikeStrike does not treat a token as a substitute for the security. The token is the controlled digital representation of a security whose rights, restrictions and ownership are established through legal documents and the official transfer-agent record.

Six controlled stages

The KlondikeStrike tokenization lifecycle

01 Legal

Security designed

Equity, debt, royalty, streaming or other rights are defined.

02 Diligence

Project reviewed

Corporate, title, geology, permitting, management and financial evidence is assessed.

03 Smart rules

Controls encoded

Wallet eligibility, jurisdictions, legends and transfer restrictions are configured.

04 Offering

Investors onboarded

KoreID, KYC, AML, eligibility, documents and payments are completed.

05 Issuance

Ownership recorded

KoreTransfer records the holder and authorizes the corresponding token.

06 Lifecycle

Rights administered

Distributions, communications, corporate actions and permitted transfers are managed.

What can be tokenized

Flexible structures for mining capital.

Each structure requires offering-specific legal, tax, accounting and broker-dealer review. Tokenization changes the format and administration, not the underlying economics.

Tokenized equity

Digital shares representing defined ownership, voting, information and distribution rights in a mining issuer or project company.

Tokenized debt

Digital notes with documented principal, interest, maturity, security and repayment terms.

Royalty or streaming security

A security whose economics reference defined royalty or streaming arrangements, subject to legal structuring.

Project-level security

An investment in a special-purpose issuer connected to a defined property or development program.

Convertible instrument

A digital security with documented conversion events, pricing mechanics and transfer restrictions.

Revenue-linked security

A compliant instrument with payments linked to specified revenues or production metrics, when legally permissible.

Infrastructure and controls

Every layer has a defined role.

KoreInside and KoreChain

Tokenization workflow, smart-contract standards, audit evidence, wallet allowlisting, compliance rules and investor lifecycle integration.

FINRA broker-dealer

Offering diligence, communications review, investor obligations, selling activity, required filings and closing supervision.

KoreTransfer USA LLC

Official ownership record, issuance authorization, legends, restrictions, transfers, reconciliations and corporate actions.

KorePay

Approved ACH, wire, credit card, IRA and crypto-to-fiat payment pathways connected to the investment workflow.

KoreID

The Global Compliance Passport for the Capital Markets, supporting identity, KYC, AML, sanctions and eligibility evidence.

Approved blockchain networks

Digital securities may use supported networks with controlled issuance and transfer logic. The selected chain does not override the official ownership record.
