Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about how the KlondikeStrike marketplace works, what it does not do, and how investors and mining companies participate.

What is KlondikeStrike?

KlondikeStrike is a mining capital marketplace. It presents mining and exploration project opportunities in a consistent, document-led format so investors can review them and contact the companies behind them directly.

Is KlondikeStrike an investment adviser or broker?

No. KlondikeStrike does not provide investment advice, recommendations or valuations, and is not a broker-dealer, underwriter or placement agent. All decisions rest with the investor and their own professional advisers.

Who can access project information?

Project information is made available to registered participants. Access depends on the disclosure a company has authorised and on the eligibility rules that apply in your jurisdiction.

Are the projects shown on the homepage real listings?

No. The featured opportunities are clearly labelled as illustrative examples that show how profiles will be organized. Live listings appear only once companies complete review.

What does it cost to list a project?

Commercial terms are confirmed case by case during project intake. No pricing is published while the marketplace is in its opening phase, and we will not quote a figure we cannot stand behind.

Which commodities does the marketplace cover?

Copper, gold, lithium, nickel, uranium, rare earth elements and other critical and precious minerals across exploration, development and producing stages.

How is diligence handled?

KlondikeStrike organizes and formats the material a company provides, and records outstanding diligence items. It does not certify technical claims. Independent verification remains the investor's responsibility.
