Own a regulated digital security, not an unsupported token
Every KlondikeStrike opportunity should clearly identify the legal security, the rights it provides, the offering exemption, the official ownership record and the rules governing any future transfer.
How investor participation works
Understand your rights
Review voting, information, distribution, interest, repayment, royalty or other rights defined in the governing documents.
Verify once, participate securely
KoreID supports identity, KYC, AML, sanctions, wallet association and offering-specific eligibility.
Receive digital ownership
After closing, KoreTransfer records ownership and the controlled digital security is issued to the approved investor account or wallet.
What tokenization does
- Programmable compliance: transfers can be checked for eligibility, sanctions, holding periods, jurisdictions and legends before authorization.
- Auditable lifecycle events: issuance, transfer, cancellation and corporate-action events can be reconciled with the official holder record.
- Controlled future transfers: any secondary activity requires a legally permitted transaction, an authorized intermediary or venue and transfer-agent approval.
What tokenization does not do
Tokenization can strengthen auditability, automate controls and connect investor servicing. It does not guarantee returns, project success or secondary liquidity. Mining and exploration investments carry geological, operational, commodity price, financing, permitting and political risk, including total loss of capital. KlondikeStrike does not provide investment advice. Obtain independent professional advice before acting.
