RedCloudKS - Platform Update - Additional Password Security

23-Nov-2016

Hello,

We hope you have enjoyed the experience of being the first set of users with access to KlondikeStrike.com!

We are delighted to announce that we have further updated our security features on the Klondike Strike platform. We have implemented a new, industry standard, 2-step authentication whereby you are asked to respond to an additional question (that you set up beforehand) whenever you log into Klondike Strike.

IMPORTANT: After entering your current username and password, you will see a new security popup asking you to 'Please answer your security question to proceed.' You can type the word 'null' (without the quotes) into the text field to log in.

Until you select your additional, unique security questions, you will need to type the word 'null' when logging into Klondike Strike when prompted by the new security popup screen.

(This process is shown in the image below)

To prevent this issue in future login sessions, please update your Personal Profile located on the top right corner to create your three unique questions and complete your 2-step authentication.

Once you update your questions, click 'Save,' and then proceed to review the available mining opportunities on Klondike Strike as you normally would. The next time you login to Klondike Strike, you will be asked one of the three extra questions you set up, of which only you will have the answers.

Sincerely,

The Red Cloud Klondike Strike Inc. Team
